Job Purpose
Contracts Manager serves as primary interface with the customer and conducts contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and KSA and MENA Government acquisition regulations and requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Participate in and/or conduct front-end strategic assessment of business pursuits and proposal preparation * Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information * Participates in change activities to include, but not limited to, change boards, reviews, estimates/ proposals and myriad other activities in support of the contract/program * Leads contract negotiation and definitization activities and manages administration of the contract * Provides overall life-cycle support to the contract, program and customer * Establish effective working rapport with internal and external customers
Job Requirements
* 3-4 years of relevant experience in Contract administration * Bachelor’s degree in English, Business or related field * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) * Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
Notes:
* This position requires a Saudi national who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. * Due to country and/or customer requirements, as a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof prior to start date. If it has been more than eight (8) months since the successful candidate has been fully vaccinated, they will be required to get a COVID-19 booster shot and provide proof prior to start date. * Raytheon is currently looking for talent to fill roles located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
