Job Description

Job Purpose:
As a Growth Ops Analyst you will be responsible for recommending ways to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve efficiency for Growth Team and manage Sales TJP and PJP and Retailers Assignment and who to call and what to pitch.
What you’ll do:
* Ensure PJP and TJP made on time. * Ensure CPA and Engagement cost under the budget. * F inding gaps and creating strategies for Sales/Engagement Team. * Reviewing the company’s data, building reports based on these findings and recommending programs to improve the company’s performance metrics. * Collecting and organizing information from various sources like computer data and sales histories. * Identifying and solving problems in various fields or specialized areas. * Examine the data to figure out what is important to the problem and which methods are best to analyze it. * Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems. * Advise managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem. * Write memos and reports for managers to look over the findings and recommendation.
Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree in Business, or a similar field. * A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Fluent in English. * Data Analytical. * Interpersonal skills * Solution to Problem. * Good Communication Skill. * Action Oriented.
