Be part of our Project & Commercial Team as a Commercial Administrative & Buyer (Projects) in Riyadh, KSA. What are my responsibilities? As a Commercial Administrator (Project Environment) Support the work of the Commercial Project Manager (CPM/Commercial Officer) in handling commercial, administrative and Project Management activities. Carry out diversified coordinating activities between Business Admin, Accounts, Purchase, and Site to enable the timely and cost-effective execution of the Operations & Maintenance project tasks. Help the CPM or Commercial Officer in respect of cost control, preparation, and analysis of budget vs actual cost situation. Ensure that all resources (manpower, tools and parts/consumables, etc.) as required by the site team are timely available on-site as per plan, follow SAP defined workflow while ordering any resources (Material/Services) until settlement of vendor invoices. Understand and work with ERP and other designated reporting tools and software (e.g. SAP PAP etc.) - as per the authorizations and guidelines applicable for particular work assignments. Maintain site staff attendance records and apply airport gate passes as per defined procedures. Supervision & handling of staff accommodation matters and transportation provided for own staffs if applicable. As a Buyer (In Project Site Environment) Support the Strategic Buyer in sourcing for local purchasing/procurement in KSA. Support Purchase Order Follow-up and Desk/Field expediting of local KSA Deliveries. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management teams (Procurement, Logistics, and Facility Management). Support in providing supplier data/docs and information to Supply Chain Management teams (Procurement, Logistics, and Facility Management). Support the Supply Chain Management & Facility Management responsible for conducting local facility management-related administrative tasks. What do I need to qualify for the role? Bachelor degree/diploma in business administration, accounting, commerce or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Administration & Procurement in a Project Site environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to remain flexible, accommodate interruptions, multi-task, and set/re-set priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Independent thinking, problem-solving skills, discretion, and integrity are required Self-starter who can work independently. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) is a plus. Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
