Not limited to development strategy, implementation strategy, market opportunity mining, business innovation and reform, etc.. ▪ Responsible for in-depth interpretation according to the automobile industry and related policies, analyze market development trends, formulate medium and long-term strategic development plans, annual marketing plans and work goals at each stage. ▪ Undertake the tasks of superiors: comprehensively organize the implementation of relevant resolutions and regulations of the industrial group; according to the group’s strategic development plan, be responsible for integrating teams and resources according to the group’s policies and strategies, promoting the optimization of the company’s system and process, and the coordinated development of various regions, etc.. ▪ Responsible for comprehensively presiding over the company’s daily management and operation, inspecting, supervising and coordinating the progress of various daily businesses; responsible for the planning, organization, management and implementation of the company’s strategy and business development. ▪ Responsible for the formation of the core team of the Middle East subsidiary, responsible for the collaborative management, organizational construction and echelon construction of the company’s various teams, and continuously improve the company’s organizational development capabilities.
