The Consortium System Safety Coordinator is part of the consortium system safety team and will directly report to the Consortium System Safety Manager (CSSM). He will also directly communicate with the TS and CWJV safety managers and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Tracking of all level 2 and level 3 documents for review coming over Aconex Managing of C-ISA findings and monthly progress report Managing of E-ISA and RMTC findings Prepare the Steering Committee Findings Report and the Monthly Progress Report CTMT Timesheets Archive of relevant Documentation Preparing the required actions for the E-ISA MOM Organize meetings Update the consortium Safety V&V;reports Update or create safety risk assessments Requirements: Bachelors’ Degree/Full Time Engineering Diploma from an accredited university. Practical work experience of at least 3 years in engineering domains like mechanical, electrical, computer or civil engineering. Fluent in English. Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience in rail systems installation highly preferred.
