Associate Feasibility Director
Division: Finance & Investments Department: Finance & Investment Company: The Red Sea Development Company The Director of Feasibility will report into the Executive Director of Feasibility. This person will be responsible for preparing market studies and financial feasibility studies to assess the economic viability of a proposed venture. Evaluating startup costs, operating expenses, and cash flow to develop a forecast of future performance of the proposed development. Job Role • Ensure the development of high-level and detailed feasibility studies and financial models for all project opportunities are delivered in a timely manner • Review feasibility studies and communicate/ present attractive project and investment opportunities to Executive Director/ Snr Management • Ensure regular updates of feasibility studies and financial models and communicate updated projections to Development team. • Perform feasibility analysis on specific developments and create thorough financial models and feasibility due diligence reports. • Understand project cost & revenue assumptions when reviewing cost projections • Create, review and report cash flow projections based on equity and/or finance options for each specific development • Report all financial and feasibility model options highlighting all required and essential information for each specific development
