الوصف الوظيفي JOB PURPOSE: Manage critical/ high-priority initiatives, working directly with the Project Delivery team. Responsible to oversee all client’s function projects of opening new Service Stations and ensure the timely completion within approved budget. Provides oversight and support to all function projects, monitoring progress and enabling with the right tools and methodology. Ensure all team members uphold the company’s standards throughout each project’s development and execution aligned with company’s direction. Job Specific Accountabilities Project Planning • Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects; decide on suitable strategies and objectives; coordinate cross-project activities; provide leadership to project management team; develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities. • Lead project planning process by establishing change charter, project plan, communication plan, steering and working committee groups, stakeholder list, budgets, measurable deliverables, KPIs, etc. • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. Project and Program Management • Take a leading role in the Company’s project management and planning processes and managing dependencies across the divisions and the consolidation of all project related activities. • Co-operate with functional colleagues to ensure that the business process designs are optimised and will meet end user needs from a process, technology and people perspectives. • Ensure operations processes follow established policies as well as regulatory and best industry standards. • Perform post project reviews with stakeholders to ensure that changes have successfully been executed and that approved budgets have been adhered to. • Analyse program risks, assess program performance and resolve projects’ higher scope issues. • Collaborate with Project Manager for implementing and maintaining document storage system that will contain all documentation for all projects and which can be readily and easily accessed by stakeholders in the company. Operational excellence • Keep up to date on current and evolving operational excellence trends which could make a material improvement to business performance, e.g. digital developments such as predictive analytics, RPA, Blockchain. • Produce regular reports for Project Sponsors and ELT giving updates on current projects and for future projects that have been submitted for evaluation, as appropriate. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or equivalent preferably Master of Business Administration.
