الوصف الوظيفي JOB PURPOSE: Develop and direct the implementation of marketing and brand strategies, ensuring alignment to the overall client’s strategy, vision, mission and corporate objectives. Develop brand collateral which aligns with the corporate brand identity and objectives set by the senior management to promote and enhance sales and increase market share. Develop an integrated internal and external communications strategy and lead all digital communication through multiple platforms in order to increase brand awareness and recognition. Job Specific Accountabilities Brand Management • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines during communication and guarantee brand integrity and consistency in the market, to provide successful positioning of the client’s brand. • Oversee and manage the development and articulation of all creative production and artwork to improve brand reputation and increase outreach to various audience. Marketing Management • Lead and manage marketing efforts, to generate awareness by identifying and satisfying market needs, to achieve client’s brand and business objectives. • Promote company’s image and services through conducting marketing campaigns, organising and planning marketing and promotional events, and establishing a network of external partners from both the public and private sectors that can effectively and positively contribute to the marketing efforts of the organization. • Lead and direct research and analysis of the market, locally and internationally, to effectively understand the latest trends and needs, and develop the most appropriate marketing initiatives for the target markets. Internal Communication • Oversee the governance of the internal communications platform, to ensure proper and effective delivery of key message through a unique source of information. • Develop integrated internal communications and engagement action plans across multiple channels to ensure that client’s initiatives are consistent, creative and measurable. • Lead the management of internal communications campaigns to increase awareness towards various approaches, to ensure adherence across the whole organization. External Communication • Develop and promote tactical external communications initiatives to drive business results and protect and enhance the brand and reputation of the company. • Explore global best practices related to external communication and introduce creative approaches to minimize challenges associated with communication. Media and Content Management • Manage the design and development of media plans to create awareness and effectively communicate the relevant key messages in a promotional manner to the public. • Develop, implement and drive media engagements, and support in screening local, regional and national print, broadcast and online media coverage, to support further enhancement of unique image across the target audiences. • Manage the identification, sourcing, selection and management of media agencies/suppliers, to ensure that all requirements and services are provided cost efficiently in accordance with defined standards and procedures ensuring optimum protection of the company’s business interests. • Monitor the Service Level agreements between client and communication-related service providers, to ensure compliance to contractual terms by the service providers and support the achievement of set service parameters and quality standards. Digital Communication • Develop a high-level strategy for the management of digital channels and portals in line with the corporate vision, mission, brand and goals. • Ensure websites and sub-sites are managed and utilized in alignment with corporate values, vision, mission to transfer messages clearly, professionally and effectively across the internet. • Direct in conducting surveys, developing feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of digital communication efforts and taking the necessary action to improve for the better. Relationship Management • Manage the development and maintenance of effective key business relationships with all relevant external/internal entities and all sections with the highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organisation are delivered in the most effective manner Benefits QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or PR • Relevant masters or post graduate degree is highly desirable Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills • 10 years of experience in internal and external communication management including at least 4-5 years of increasing managerial responsibilities. • Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-marketing-and-communications-manager-ksa-64574172/ |
