We are looking for a Managing Director for one of our Clients :
Type of Assignment : Direct Hire
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Skills / Experiences
Bachelor / Master degree in related discipline
12 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in O&M;in similar engagements.
Extensive experience in Rail Industry and proven knowledge of rail safety management principles.
Middle East experience with a preference to experience in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of railway systems, contract requirements and legal obligations.
Analytical and creative thinking to solve issues.
Computer literacy and excellent report writing skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
Lead all activities related to the operation and maintenance of the Operation and Maintenance
Create and led an effective management team.
Manage the stakeholder relationships with the Client.
Lead the company’s development and implantation of the safety, quality and environment management system.
Act as Duty Holder to the Transport General Authority (safety regulator)
Coordinate within the company to develop the budget proposal considering the forecasted needs of the project.
Deliver the Operation & Maintenance Contract and prepare the company’s key figures and contractual KPI’s.
Improvement of project’s performance in the area of operation and maintenance.
Negotiating and agreeing subcontracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.
Ensuring that the quality of work shall be in conformity with the established standards and objectives.
Maintaining high productivity and efficiency for the staff in a high professional environment.
Maintaining control over financial performance and control over overhead costs.
Directing, supervising and following up the performance of senior workers.
