Jobs at this level are responsible for participating in the development of strategy, goals, initiatives, performing assisting seniors in advanced and technically complex data, information analysis by managing data collection, performing complex analyses and reviewing all documented reports.
Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of STC strategy while coordinating across sectors and within specified area of work. Participate in the implementation of strategy, goals and objectives. Coordinate across sectors and stakeholders for conducting strategic workshops to facilitate efficient work flow and accurate outputs. Support senior in consolidating sectors and OpCos input on strategic analysis and considers amending STC’s strategy. Liaise with market research agencies to leverage input on external market environment, competition analysis, and latest trends for strategy formulation. Participate in feasibility studies, preparing market forecasts and activity plans, and tracks progress and business outcomes. Generic Role: Manage day to day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy. Allocate work plans to the team to ensure work continuity and prepares necessary reports for decision making and strategic planning purposes. Assist in coordinating with international tariffs/traders on a regular basis and assists in monitoring the trading positions, in order to ensure no breach or over - exposure to their authorized positions. Analyse profitability of potential business opportunities, in order to ensure effective decision making. Support team members and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity. Liaise with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.
