Job Description SummaryTamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor’s degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities

Candidates will join the Tamheer program and will be working on one of the below assignments or related projects:

EMEA Daily Management Bowler:

Support EMEA IT preparation efforts to automate the Heavy-Duty New Unit Daily Management and Bowler Dashboards based on Safety Quality Delivery and Cost framework promoting lean and standard work. 
Candidate will be working closely with the global Data & Analytics team as well as EMEA business team. Great opportunity to learn about internal D&A;processes and technologies.

EHS Digital Initiatives:

Support & facilitate implementations of new enhancements to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) concern reporting for projects in partnership with global EHS team.
Define metrices with EMEA safety business team and build analytics to increase overall awareness and strengthen work safety for Gas Power starting with Heavy Duty New Unit.

Analytics product development

Support on analytics product development and help roll out a standardized process for requests intake, prioritization, and delivery by working with the D&A;team and leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements:

During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his /her major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him/ her to the work environment.

•Should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited college or university.

•Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)

•High achiever

•GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.

•Should not be currently employed.

•Good usage of Microsoft software.

•Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.

•This program is a remote opportunity
