You will be working in partnership with the business leaders to identify and execute projects that will create efficiency and productivity. These projects have a direct impact to drive Honeywell’s operating income. You will set up project teams and resources, define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. You will oversee root cause analysis and ensure learning’s are shared across the organization to improve productivity. You will deploy standardized work, project management methodologies, governance, and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile execution of IT projects. You will provide leadership in improving IT processes and programs. Key Responsibilities • Provide IT updates to Aerospace Business Leaders & Aero IT leadership. • Coordinate with the corporate IT service owners to prioritize and initiate programs/projects. • Act as a Techno-Functional bridge between IT Delivery Teams and Business Teams. • Demonstrate strong Program Management Skills including ability to plan, execute and report on KPI adherence. • Ensuring the project executions follow the PMO, Cyber & Architecture standards for Honeywell. • Educate business on technology. • Ensure compliance/cyber safety. • Drive continuous improvement for Aerospace business in the areas of Manufacturing, Repair & Overhaul, Quality. • Provide leadership for end-to-end IT solution delivery in a matrixed environment for the assigned areas in ISC. • Champion Business transformation through Automation. • Partner with Honeywell business & IT Delivery team to create compelling business case and recommend project delivery roadmap. • Develop project plans. • Manage to IT Annual Operating Plans. • Support and mentor project teams. • Improve user experience. YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or Business. • 8+ years of experience in the areas of IT or Program Management. WE VALUE • Master’s in Business Administration. • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methods. • Experience in the Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Repair Overhaul /Quality. • Strong leadership, project and change management skills. • Ability to mentor peers on project management standards. • Deep understanding of key program management practices with strong business acumen and customer focus. • Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity. • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision. • Ability to create business value through project planning and management. • Drive “fast and right” results in matrixed environment.

I joined Honeywell a bit over a year ago for a customer representative position inside industrial cyber security managed security services team. Since then, I had the possibility to expand my knowledge, and to learn new skills and abilities, on one hand by having access to courses such as CCNA, AZURE, and Six Sigma Green Belt, and on the other hand, by involving myself in a lot of cool projects, such as reports automation, monitoring implementation, and very recently I started to polish my training skills on the newcomers.
