We have an exciting Sales Engineer position for our Pall site in Italy, working remotely you would ideally be based in or near central Italy - Lazio or Campania - (for ease of travel to clients) and have some strong sales experience. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager FTAP Italy, you would be responsible for growth and expansion and incremental of profit margins of the assigned portfolio composed by Key accounts and partners (Agent, reseller and distributors) operating in Industrial market (Machinery and Equipment, Power Generation).

Key requirements for the role:
* Proven technical and commercial experience in similar business (3-5 years) * Interest in Industrial markets/ Fluids Measurement / Hydraulic application * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) * Ideally based in Center of Italy (Lazio or Campania) however other areas will be considered * Flexible and proactive * Motivated and driven to achieve goals as an individual and as a team * Able to understand the customer/market needs to extend Pall market share * Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin * Preparedness for travelling 70-80% of his/her time in the assigned territory, occasionally in wider region for international meetings * Driving License * Experience interacting with technical personnel * Experience working in a matrix environment * Good interpersonal skills required * Excellent communication, both verbally and written in Italian and English * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects * Readiness to identify new opportunities for growth * Clear sense of urgency and business impact * Confident and persuasive. * Highly motivated in sales * Problem solving approach * Oriented to individual and team results * Knowledge of CRM environment When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
