الوصف الوظيفي Frac Instructor Lead Key Accountabilities Main Responsibilities Product-Line Specific Training Planning: * Work with key stakeholders across multiple functions including HR and provide input on appropriate learning and development requirements, to ensure comprehensive and accurate mapping of learning needs. * Lead the analysis of technical material and change actions (operating experience, modifications, procedure changes, etc.), and prepare/update content evaluations, task lists/matrices to provide technically adequate and effective training materials for operations teams to provide training sufficient for operations personnel to perform their job functions, and to satisfy programmatic requirements. * Consolidate Needs Analysis (TNA) data to support reporting manager in development of overall training plan and strategy. * Ensure the engagement, coaching, development and motivation of the field direct population within Drilling. * Monitor adherence to the Drilling field employees’ individual development plan (IDP) and drive overall implementation of Drilling training handbook. * Focuses on solutions engineers, field specialists and field operators and create and maintain the personal competency profiles (PCPs) for them. * Act as point of contact for field employee questions, discussions and issues related to training and development and competency requirements. * Engage field population via presentations and roundtables on T&D;initiatives. Orient new field employees. * Build individual development plan (IDP) and schedule face time to engage and develop employees. * Monitor field attrition and prepare and facilitate promotions and recognition/reward programs for the field employees. * Lead and conduct training in a manner to ensure operational goals, objectives, and standards are met; assigned training facilities and training aids promote a professional learning environment, and training delivery is consistent, professional, and cost-effective. * Manage designing of in-house and external training courses/programs as per the learning plans to ensure relevance to learning goals, cost effectiveness and adherence to organizational standards. * Guide the development of the instructor manuals, instrument usage manuals, and training course material (hand-outs, visual materials, etc.) to ensure effective learning delivery. * Counsel trainees with respect to performance, recommend appropriate remedial actions, maintain examination integrity, and apply high-performance standards during training and performance evaluations to certify only those personnel who have demonstrated the ability to safely and efficiently operate and stand for licensing or requalification examination. * Prepare, review for accuracy and completeness, and forward for retention per procedures required training records to attest to adequate training of employees to perform their job functions. * Support reporting manager in developing career management frameworks for all job families. * Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across all product lines to ensure on-time completion of individual development plans. Initiatives & Special Projects * Support reporting manager in developing the scope of allocated HR initiatives and coordinating with key stakeholders and HR team members, to ensure on-time completion and fulfillment of planned objectives. * Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner * Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense. * Adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions, and controls so that TAQA provides a safe, best in class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people. * Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to junior team members to support their overall development. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across one’s scope of work to achieve the Group’s mission, vision and strategy. * Manage self and motivate others during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
