The role holder is responsible for analysing the competitive landscape of B2B across the Saudi Market and leads the development of B2B strategic plan for traditional and IT solutions based on the overall stc strategy. The role holder is further responsible for Risk identifications, qualification, and mitigation for B2B. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the organization plans in line with the corporate objectives. • Directs and manages the organization mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards. • Manages and controls change in the organization providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the organization • Formulate & develop 3-years B2B strategy and align with B2B Financial Planning Department for the B2B 3-year financial plan development; ensuring consistency and cohesion in communication with Corporate Strategy • Review the strategy periodically or as deemed necessary in alignment with Corporate strategy to ensure strategy effectiveness with market conditions • Cascade the B2B Strategy into strategic program & strategic objectives and align it across B2B Organization • Handover and oversee B2B strategy detailing into B2B sectors and entities’ level and the strategic plan development by the initiative owners and support as needed • Define the B2B overall operating model, including how B2B entities are overseen and how intra-group interactions are managed • Control & monitor B2B operating model and map strategic initiatives (including tools, business model, processes, incentive model, segmentation, etc…) • Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and other annual plans, in alignment with B2B sectors & entities, and review & consolidate entities Annual Plans • Adhere to stc Group governance mechanisms in relation to strategy management & executions, such as Strategy-to-Execution (S2E) process • Detail KPIs into initiative level strategic, financial & operational KPIs in accordance to B2B Strategy , B2B Performance framework, & Business as Usual (BaU) activities • Develop & implement a B2B performance framework in alignment with stc CPM practice • Design the B2B strategic map; mapping B2B initiatives to strategic objectives and objectives to programs with ownership and dependencies reflected to ensure alignment across the B2B organization • Oversee the development of guidelines for strategy development, highlighting all requirements for a well-defined strategy (i.e., short-term and long-term plans, initiatives and milestones templates, etc.) • Develop & manage market intelligence & research to assess the market environment across industry, technology, business and regulatory trends • Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position and determine threats • Plan and implement communication & change management practice to ensure B2B strategy is well comprehended and adopted across B2B Organization; ensure adherence to stc Group Crisis Management framework as applicable • Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process. • Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Organization, in line with the business and operational plans. • Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Organization.
