The role holder is responsible to develop and create center of excellence within B2B to create advanced analytics & AI predictive , use cases and deeper insights for the B2B organizations. The role holder shall carry out the duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the organization plans in line with the corporate objectives. • Directs and manages the organization mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards. • Manages and controls change in the organization providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the organization • Act as Ambassador with CAD to align, review, cascade and enforce corporate data governance policies, practices and authorities within B2B and enforce data ownership and privacy standard. • Review all data assets and domains and ensure all data sets are defined, with roles , data accountabilities, decision right in place and authority matrix updated • Maintain and develop B2B business glossary and dictionary. To Ensure all data generated from systems serving B2B are identified, and locations & status known in coordination with CAD. • Create manage and maintain master trusted single source of truth 360 data hub and model for dashboards cascading and distributing from/to different stakeholders in B2B. • Promote and Support B2B stakeholders reporting through providing proper tools for data & analytics self-service and automation of consumption in coordination with CAD • Streamline & agility data & analytics sourcing and delivery processes with CAD and B2B internal stakeholders • Develop and create center of excellence within B2B to create advanced analytics & AI predictive and prescriptive models and use cases and deeper insights and provide this as a service to other B2B departments, Coordinate with CAD AA/AI team • Identify opportunities and untapped data to create advanced analytics and AI use cases to drive better results for B2B • Review and validate strategic reports and dashboards and support/identify with B2B departments on data & information quality and accuracy as well as correct insight & views generated • Represent EBU in periodic CAD analytics demand committee meetings and fulfill the requirements and actions needed • Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process. • Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Organization, in line with the business and operational plans. • Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Organization.
