As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide.

Specific on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for candidates to specifically work in the following functional areas (tasks listed are a sample of duties and responsibilities for each role). As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

Provide operational, administrative, and product management support a growing and dynamic business unit.
Assist in organizing participation in trade shows, special events, and other promotional events.
Manage monthly Executive Steering Committee meetings and Action Items
Support customer/external interaction and relationship development activities
Manage weekly team meetings and track team member assignments
Create and update marketing material, customer case studies, white papers, and other business unit documentation.
Provide project management for strategic initiatives
