IT Support Engineer

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer

Handle CCTV systems, Biometric devices and its software’s, ISP router configuration etc.
design and maintain a dynamic and stable system to perfectly meet the needs of the company
troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
المهارات
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

 Good communication skills

 Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.

 Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and

Office software.

 Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.(able to configure and manage )

 Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.

 Knowledge of database and networking security systems.

 Able to handle CCTV systems, Biometric devices and its software’s, ISP router

configuration etc.

 Good knowledge about the firewall and its configuration, preferring Fortinet

firewall.

 Knowledge about the Port Forwarding, Firewall policy, Cisco Switch

configurations.

 Should have knowledge about VMWARE, VEEAM backups, HYPER V.

 Should have knowledge about the Domain network, Active directory, DHCP,

DNS.

 Need to design and maintain a dynamic and stable system to perfectly meet the

needs of the company.
