Responsible for delivering effective and efficient training analysis, design, development and delivery of training solutions covering Aircraft Control and Warning, to meet the customer s needs and requirements of the TSI.
Section B RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
• A diploma or equivalent in Aerospace Control and Warning or the holder of skill level 7 or higher for AFSC 153x0.
• Graduate of an advanced military training school or a civilian training establishment and have 5 years practical experience across the full range of Aerospace Control and Warning.
• A valid IELTS certificate ( gained in the last two (2) years ) showing an average band score of 5.0 with no pillar less than 4.0, gained in the last two (2) years Or A CEFR level of B1. If this is demonstrated through the British Council APTIS, it shall be valid for one year only.
• Must have successfully completed a formal Instructional Techniques Course.
• Proven experience in the development and delivery of academic and technical training programmes in a military training environment and have five (5) years practical experience in their specialty.
• Have at least two (2) years recent instructional experience (within the last six (6) years)
• He will have a high level of computer literacy and experience in using the full range of MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and team player
• Good knowledge of training methodologies, analysis, design and delivery and a proven ability to perform within a training environment
Section C RECRUITMENT
To be recruited from within KSA with the expectation that the candidate has secured the necessary functional training and academic qualifications to provide qualified and assured advice to the RSAF technical and academic technical training services project
Section D JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work closely with the RSAF to ensure appropriate levels of cadet discipline are established and maintained.
• Maintain the credibility of the company with RSAF by exercising and co-ordinating Quality Assurance.
• Recommend, develop and implement procedures, processes and controls within an assigned area to ensure compliance with defined policies.
• Support the pursuit of business opportunities to facilitate performance and growth and to ensure the team contributes to achieving the department s business and value plan.
• Contribute as required to supporting business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements and external standards within area(s) of specialism and keep abreast of changes which may impact the business.
• Be knowledgeable of Export Control requirements (ITAR).
• Working in liaison with the SI and deputise if required in his absence.
• Ensuring practical training and delivery of training at Simulators are up to TTS Standards.
• Overseeing the continual Improvement of the Training facilities and assuring that the Simulators are fully operational.
• Acting as IQA to assure that IVs and Assessors are carrying out the Cadets assessment in accordance with C&G;standards and guidelines.
