• Attending daily area OME meeting and support maintenance engineering activities
• Create investigations/Recommendations for area Equip failures and defects -
• Make technical evaluation/Approval on material ordering process
• Initiate and follow up procurement process, developing the SOW, TUR justifications and Selection criteria
• Approve SAP notifications regarding WO activities
• Approve on SAP workflow material delivery
• Tracking of out of services equipment in his related area
• Tracking of all Recommendations in his area
• Tracking of Temporary repairs in his area till permanent repair is completed
• Attend weekly planning (OME) meeting with Operation engineer, Operation foreman and both Maintenance planner and foreman to agree on the weekly work schedule
• Review and address equipment Maintenance reliability by monitoring work orders for equipment failures and repairs
• Review equipment PM schedule and execution which include reviewing all PM packages by tracking all defects findings and evaluating all suggestions or issues written by technicians
• Prepare required scope to procure suitable contracts SFC, MFC or LFC based on the nature of the work. This shall be in full compliance with Saudi Aramco relevant GI, procedures and standards.
• Review design packages concerning constructability, accessibility and materials specifications
• Provide repair scope for equipment to be sent for MSSD shop and follow-up to ensure repair is done timely
• Verify and certify contractor Maintenance work completion and ensure quality work provided by the scheduled services contractor is maintained
• Review spare parts packages and ensure correct classification
• Review MOCs within areas of responsibility
• Provide status update for all projects handled by Maintenance
• Provide technical support on vibration analysis, pump alignment and other specialty Maintenance tasks
