الوصف الوظيفي The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer is primarily responsible for being a subject matter expert (SME) and a supporting figure during all phases of the sales cycle for new client programs. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the sales and business development cycle, the technology and support operations teams, as an industry expert and representative of Novatel’s Technology department. This position reports directly to Novatel’s Chief Technology Officer and requires expert technical and solution architecting knowledge to determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups. This position also responds to requests for information (RFIs) or requests for proposals (RFPs) from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions. The right candidate must possess strong personal initiative with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients at all levels, fellow employees, and senior management. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, understanding complex business and corporate structures, and knowledge of complex payment flows, settlement systems is preferred. Responsibilities: • Support the business development and sales team during the sales cycle as SME for technology and solution architecture • Work directly with counterparts from the compliance, operations, and business development teams on the enablement of new client programs • Play a key role in developing the enablement and implementations playbook for every type of Novatel program - ensuring all relevant technology and business solution matters are addressed • Analyze Tenders and coordinate with different teams to prepare offers • Pitching clients and preparing Business and technical presentations • Provide detailed business solutions and technical documentation to the in-house implementation and customer management teams • Serve as an advisor on technology matters for Novatel clients as it relates to the products and services provided by Novatel • Help clients plan and develop the organizational structure required to acquire services from Novatel • Support the compliance team on ad hoc projects and tasks as required المهارات ✓ Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credentials are preferred ✓ Extensive exposure to multiple business models with an ability to digest and develop complex structures ✓ Experience enabling new products and services ✓ Proven attention to detail and analytical skills ✓ High self-initiative and strong group leadership abilities ✓ Quick, efficient, highly organized, and able to get up to speed rapidly ✓ Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills ✓ At ease multi-tasking under tight deadlines ✓ Fast-paced start-up environment experience preferred ✓ Financial industry experience is highly valued ✓ Must be able to travel as required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
