الوصف الوظيفي Key Accountabilities: · Conduct sample tests of fresh food, improvement through the procurement, production and storage processes by refining the sampling/ testing/ approval of procured materials, enhancing vendor compliance, monitoring and aiding in improving production, storing and FSQA processes. · Conduct regular quality audits and provide risk-based recommendations to Operations Management and Production Management in relation to food safety compliance and improvements. · Conduct regular inspection of sanitation procedures (usage and storage of chemicals, cleaning steps) for production units and equipment undertaken, at Central Production Site and Store Locations, to assess compliance to quality standards and timely rectification of identified quality risks. · Conduct regular quality checks on shelf life of stored food - Meat, Vegetables, Dairy, dry ingredients to ensure Food Safety for consumption based in ISO 22000 standards. · Monitor proper use of production equipment and their maintenance, sanitation to ensure safety of workers. · Support with investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints to determine root causes, provide responses, and determine corrective and/or preventative actions. · Ensure complete documentation of logs for quality audits, non-conformances identified during Quality Audits in production, sanitation, fleet inspection, in-store service and ascertain that appropriate action plans are in place to rectify deviations. Report any quality and safety concerns to Quality Control Management Key Success Factors: · Knowledge of Food Quality and Safety Standards.
