A leading Hospital chain group in the Middle East is looking for an HR and Admin Executive having Good documentation, drafting, and writing skills.
-proficiency in Arabic will be a great advantage.
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Support the HR Manager in preparing and maintaining all statutory documents for smooth and hassle-free operations.
-Control and coordinate all administrative activities related to office and personal, act as a custodian of all office assets, and ensure the well-being of all items and office premises.
KRAs: People Management, Office Administration, Statutory Documents & Filings
KPIs: Payroll, Employee Engagement Activities, Zero statutory errors & penalties, 5 S in office, Grooming.
Qualification: MBA HR or Degree with Saudi Experience preferred.
