Management, Construction Support Management in capacity to lead the Project(s). · Well Experienced in handling project having high complexity and size (Saudi Aramco -Type A Project & sound knowledge in Aramco standard, procedures, and documentation requirements) · Excellent Project Management skills (LSTK, EPC) , time management, analytical, organizational, planning, and strong business acumen. · Excellent understanding of contracts and fully aware of scope control and change management procedures · Fully conversant with Company & Managerial Procedures, procurement and subcontracting procedures, Technical Bid Evaluation for vendor materials. · Demonstrated excellence in managing large teams right from requirements through design, implementation & deployment. · Effective Communication Skills, Leadership Qualities, negotiation skills And Decision making. · Expert in providing technical input to the development of the transitional process between system design and detailed design. · Supervise and coordinate the preparation of the project proposal/ front-end engineering, including development and analysis of alternates. · Good Knowledge of bids and estimating on the major projects. · Fully conversant with Engineering Standards and Procedures, · Full exposure in Laying, testing commissioning of MDPE steel pipe in Oil and gas distribution as per standard tender procedure · Sound knowledge of Value Improvement practices and implementation · Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirements · Coordinate, direct and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities · Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures · Lead in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses · Responsible for providing oversight of contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants so that they are complying with their contractual requirements with the owner · Knowledge in IKTVA Roles & Responsibilities: · Manage the Engineering, Procurement & Construction contract/project in a manner that achieves a quality construction meeting performance parameter within the cost and schedule targets. · Ensure engineering design to carry out all engineering work as per requirement. · Monitor and conduct reviews of detailed designs and drawing specifications are as per Contractual requirements. · Ensure compliance with Company’s and Clients objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by company from time to time. · Manage all project functions related to project management, site management, project control, engineering management, procurement, construction management to meet the project goals. · Take necessary corrective action to align project back on track in case of deviations from plans (cost, schedule, quality, HSE, performance, operability, maintainability, etc.). · Review the Scope of work and accordingly raise the change orders/variations to the client. · Oversee the tasks, timelines, resources necessary to complete the project and ensuring that the project stays on time and on budget. · Assess the work of sub-contractors periodically, measure the completed work and make recommendations to the management for payments to sub-contractors. · Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly internal meetings with all discipline managers and project engineers, and ensuring action points are liquidated in a timely manner · Maintain positive working relationships with Client project management team. · Overseeing the major Interface points with other projects for all the disciplines and attend the Global Interface meeting, always maintaining strong work ethics · Manage Safety and QA/QC programs are effectively established as per the contractual requirement. · Monitor and conduct reviews of detailed designs and drawing specifications are as per the Bid Scope of Work. · Review vendor/subcontract offerings and make recommendations for review of those most suitable for the project requirement. · Develop a request for proposal (RFP), prepare the CO scope alignment and arrange for demonstrations/clarification meeting as requested by Client. · Oversee the tasks, timelines, resources necessary to complete the project and ensuring that the project stays on time and on budget. · Assess the work of sub-contractors periodically, measure the completed work and make recommendations to the management for payments to sub-contractors. · Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly internal meetings with all discipline managers and project engineers, and ensuring action points are liquidated in a timely manner · Maintaining contractual obligations & monitoring customer inputs. · Review customer feedback & ensure customer satisfaction. · Maintain billing targets, cash flows & cost controls on the project. · Ensure timely and sequential dispatches of invoices. · Timely preparation and submission of MIS Reports, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, etc. pertaining to project. · Participate in the project kick off meetings with customers, project teams and members of other departments such as Plant &Equipment;, Procurement/Sourcing, HR for manpower planning, Finance for project budgets, Contracts department. · Manage costs of all sub-contractors. · Plan, organize, manage, lead, and control direct manpower and other resources in the execution while keeping the manpower productivity in consideration. · Prepare project progress reports on weekly/monthly basis and performance reports of projects. · Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to resolve claims, disputes and issues holding progress of jobs. · Organize and attend project meetings to monitor projects progress. · Review and ensure that the cost estimates prepared are accurate · Undertake planning and full utilization of manpower. · Develop and implement master Schedule as well as interface management · Plan and manage organizing project requirement, · Monitoring all Inspections & Tests (Mechanical & Welding Inspection) of tanks erected at site, as required by the applicable std. and project ITP, including preparation and maintenance of QC records. · Perform daily and weekly quality checks and reporting on contractors’ work activities related to rotating equipment and machinery installations · Monitor the subcontractor’s quality programs and processes and ensures conformance to contract technical requirements · Ensure that all equipment is installed as per project specifications and international codes and standards · Monitor the Site engineer & Inspector is responsible for the construction quality oversight activities in assigned construction areas ensuring that they are performed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the project contract, drawings, and specifications. · Collect the project specific ITP / WPS / Procedures etc from QC department · Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan for the project to ensure quality compliance · Interface with the client on all Quality related matters. · Knowledge of material grades, fabrication & welding techniques, ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and weld joint symbols. · Ensure Quality awareness within the project team. · Coordinate and issue necessary PR for project requirements and equipment hire · Review and comment on the organization and subcontractors project procedural documents addressing the control and verification methods which may affect quality conformance · Expedite project specific procedural documents and report the submission and approval status to Project Team · Ensure all necessary document preparation is completed by the relevant groups, as may be required prior to work execution · Interface with the QA department about the implementation of the project quality audit program and compile audit reports for submission to the Company management. · Ensure that Project Specific specifications and other documents are kept up to date in the company’s drive and on the project specific website · Ensure project specific documentation is updated as required project specific website · Participate in the review of drawings · Punch list preparation during hand over the project. · Knowledge of civil works, firefighting, electrical. المهارات · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Civil · Minimum 10 -15 years’ work experience as Project Manager in EPC Company/ Large Contracting Organization with ARAMCO PIPELINE PROJECT exposure · Proven working experience in LSTK – EPC project management · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus · Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills · Strong management, leadership, and
