Translate customer needs (for resin performance modifications) into useable products

Generate new ideas for new resins and other products

Gaining access to the technical teams at new customers.

Ability to interact with low-skilled plant workers and with higher-level staff, in customer organisations for technical support requirements.

Generate ideas for product-improvements in our existing range.

Liaison between technical and sales teams.

Understanding the chemistry of resins.
