manage the costs on a construction project.
help and ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
Prepare the preliminary estimate of the client brief which will allow the client to know whether what he is proposing is within his financial capability or not.
Advice on tendering and contractual arrangements taking into accounts the client’s priorities and information available from designers.
Prepare contract documents in conjunction with the clients and members of the design team.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Quantity Surveying discipline, with at least 8 years in an Engineering and Architectural and structural relating to Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical Engineering Design Works, earth works , infrastructure works
Expert knowledge in AutoCAD drawing and material take-off
Expert knowledge of the format of the Bills of Quantities
Knowledge of Tender documentation and contracts
Registered Member of Saudi Council of Engineer
Good knowledge of MEP systems
Good written and communication skills
Good knowledge of 3d civil program
