Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies and designing employees’ compensation and benefits plans
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Research and build relationships with new clients, agencies and local authorities.
Plans, develops and conducts comprehensive programs for staff development and training
Develops assessment techniques and evaluates staff development and training programs, methods and materials; makes or recommends improvements.
Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
Create, own and deliver outcomes as per the financial budget assigned and the strategic objectives of the organization.
Develop tactical and operational objectives for the Admin Affairs and Support Services Department aligned with Organization’s Strategic objective
Understand Organization’s overall digital transformation roadmap and align department’s ways of working and objectives with digital roadmap
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
Understanding of full cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of local labor regulations
Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership abilities
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
Strong understanding of ERP Systems and worked with one before”
Practical experience in organization development initiatives/projects”
