Have complete responsibility for volume development and customer service delivery.
Selling:
Sell and execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
Merchandising:
Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regulation rotation.
Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to Arrow Company standards.
Properly price product Utilize point of purchase material.
Delivery:
Accounts serviced as scheduled –Journey plan.
Ensure safe vehicle operation.
Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
Tracking Measures & Problem Solving:
Record accurate core work measures.
Participate in problem solving meeting.

Driving License.
Positive attitude and pro active.
Problem Solving.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
Excellent listening skills - negotiation skills - presentation skills - communication skills.
Analytical, math, general skills.
1 year is enough, but he should has the willing.
