Sales and Market filed Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Sales and Market filed supervisors for a FMCG company, will be responsible for follow-up and supervision with regard to everything that has to do with sales operation both on Internal level and external level.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Handling & organizing the daily operation process.

2. Supervision on goods Preparation.

3. Supervision on loading & returning goods.

4.Follow-up items movement and arrival.

5. Working on sales analyses, achieving target, growth, payment, balances.

6.Organizing customers practically on routes 8: updating routes on system.

7. Following sales team and guiding them.

8. Following customer’s performance.

9. Follow-up market situation and sales team performance.

10. Ensure good coverage of the markets by sales team.

11. Survey and scan of existing areas and new areas to increase the market scope.

12. Creating demand and marketing items in market.

13. Gather all the needed information of market and competitors.

14. Determining the market requirements of items and working to provide them to create more opportunities and expand diversity

Major Skills Required

Saudi National
Ability to deal with work pressures and crisis management and follow—up multi—tasks.
Good organizing and time management skills.
Capability of handling and manage customers.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in the field of sales and marketing, especially the (FMCG) & retail sector.
Capability of handling and manage teamwork.
Ability to work as a part of a teamwork.
Good command English and Arabic Language
