CCTV Technician

Roles and Responsibilities
• Surveillance technician is responsible for providing quality service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to perform routine planned maintenance that includes troubleshooting of IP Cameras, NVR, Switches, Port, cabling etc.,
• Responsible for handling proactive maintenance on all CCTV system to reduce system failures.
• Performs CCTV camera equipment and security access control system, NVR, Switches, Cabling maintenance, repairs, adjustments, installations, cables wiring and interconnections of the systems both remotely and onsite at client locations
• Identify risks and provide specific solutions and recommendations
• Knowledge in access control system, door system will be an added value
• Troubleshooting skills for the emergency system down promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate
Qualification:
• Two-year electronics degree or equivalent military / industry experience
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and network applications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in CCTV and customer service field
• Preferred: 4 years of recent experience in CCTV and customer service field
Skills:
• Must have working knowledge of Security Cameras, NVR’s, DVR’s, Switches Cabling and other related items that are used on a daily basis
Other:
• CISCO, CCNA Certification
• Access control and CCTV licensing
• Possess a valid Saudi Driver’s License,
