Position requires general knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction. This applies to hard & soft landscape and irrigation
General knowledge of plant species and horticultural practices of the GCC is essential.
Computer literate, position holder needs to be competent with the Microsoft Word based suite of programs, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a related field is essential.
Minimum of 5 years GCC experience is essential. Experience of KSA is desirable
Competent in spoken and written English
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently with limited required direction and guidance
Ability to drive is essential. Either a holder of KSA drivers license or the ability to obtain one through exchange or testing
Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Landscape related subject – Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering.

Relative to Landscape Operational Compliance – perform internal service delivery standards audits against Service Level Agreements and KPI’s and preparing internal service standards compliance notifications reflecting the results of the work performed within the Facilities Management Services of NEOM in order to meet quality standards.
To provide field observations and reports of the condition of the landscape assets under FM area of responsibility. To support the Landscaping Manager through landscape aligned tasks as applicable to Facilities Management.
