JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for implementing and providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems with significant online presences. The ERP Consultant will analyses the systems and work directly with business team and management to define system requirements, design and propose solutions, configure the software and train employees.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform products support activities for the database, tools, and related dependencies to support the application(s)
Assist in the maintenance and operations activities for the ERP products and other custom-built application on the stack as it related to patching, performance tuning, monitoring, securing, etc.
Provide product planning and communication activities
Collaborate with ERP vendor and other consultants to support AW systems
Provide analysis using industry standards and best practices
Identify areas for improvement in the design, architecture, process, and procedures 7. Identify risks, gaps and issues and provide options and solutions
Identify areas for automation, security, and governance
Perform security governance and hardening activities
Assist in the preparation and remediation of various compliance audit

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or another engineering major or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience technical consulting with architecting, designing, and implementing ERP solutions
