الوصف الوظيفي 2. Supervising the daily executive work and ensuring that the work is going according to an action plan pertinent to the project including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control 3. Providing necessary basic requirements needed to carry out the project technically; this includes different tools and equipment after the coordination with procurement in this regard. 4. Preparing periodic reports concerning the executive aspect of the project to be presented to the 5. project manager; this includes any obstacle that the project might face to overcome it and find the suggested solution for the problem. 6. Verifying the availability of the blueprints and its consistency with the project and the budget 7. proposed for it. 8. Coordinating with other units in respect to quality control and assurance as well as administrative and financial aspects. 9. maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project, i.e. stakeholder management 10. communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project 11. deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project. 12.
