Provides support in the development and implementation of Infrastructure operational planning policies and procedures in line with the organization’s objectives.
Coordinates with respective teams/departments to plan Infrastructure operations, including capacity planning.
Evaluates the operating procedures and identifies areas of improvement to recommend measures for enhancing operational efficiency.
Provides necessary input into technical aspects of planning such as maintenance plans, network set up, etc.
Manages daily operations to ensure the operations are carried out as per the developed standards, policies, and procedures.
Conducts rostering for on-boarding staff and coordinates schedules of passenger functions.
Keeps track of regulatory requirements on matters related to operations and ensures compliance with them.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant major.
Minimum 2 years related Experience.
