• Significant experience senior sales management at least 5 years within O&G;or energy industry
• Training and/or Training Technology background minimum 5 years OR min 5 years experience in offshore drilling market
• Min 2 years experience of working in Saudi Arabia
Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy for the Group vision in MENA region
Communicate and execute regional strategy, leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
Ensure regional sales team is structured sufficiently to achieve regional budgets taking into account cost management responsibilities
Leading from the front and inspiring others to achieve the vision
Create a high performance sales culture across the team; putting customers needs at the heart of everything we do
Direct relationship management of key strategic relationships in region
Budgetary responsibilities for the regional financial performance and local expenditure
Using weekly / monthly KPI s to ensure that the Region is performing in line with expectations and reporting back to Executive leadership to advise on performance
Account management for key strategic accounts within region
Think clearly under pressure and act in a sociably responsible way
The job holder is expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall responsibilities of the role, and that are within their competence, when required.
Job requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Significant experience in similar role with at least 5 years in senior management within relevant O&G;or energy industry
Training and/or Technology background highly desirable
Experience of working in Saudi Arabia desirable
Skills, Knowledge and other Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering high sales and profit growth
Previous experience of international markets highly desirable
High level of commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience of managing and coaching teams
