Project Manager
Job Location: Khobar
Responsibilities and Authorities :
To follow up overall project construction works.
To ensure Specifications and Drawings are reviewed and any unclear issues sorted out.
To ensure necessary method statements, quality and safety documentation are developed and approved before start of works. Necessary liaison with Quality and Safety departments
To ensure Risk Assessment/ Job Hazard analysis done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place.
To develop programs and resources requirements of labor, equipments, and materials.
To ensure site activities are all coordinated to meet program requirements and the construction activities are as per the program.
To ensure material, equipment and required labor are requested and available on site as required and their optimal utilization.
To control and coordinate work with subcontractors
To ensure and coordinate procurement of approved material.
To ensure all shop drawings produced and submitted for approval.
To implement and coordinate corrective actions to arrest slippages, implementation, and securing necessary resources for the same.
To train all staffs as per site requirements
To submit the prepared invoice to Client/Consultant including relevant discussions.
To ensure closure of NCR s and taking timely corrective and preventive actions.
Responsible for completion of punch items, project close out and hand over documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with knowledge of design, project costing, planning, use of Primavera, MS project
Must be Degree qualified Architect or Engineer
Minimum of 10 years experience in consultancy/construction firm Demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication skills
