Performs various duties depending on circumstances and current company needs.
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation
processes.
Works with team members to troubleshoot both complex and routine computer issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions,
prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Participate in development of new software applications.
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related
equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
Tests programs; coordinates and observes beta testing of new or updated programs.
Providing training to end users.
Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing
enhancements and new software.
Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
