* All non-American Board candidates MUST have one of the following certifications: CCST, CESR, CCT, or German Fachartz

* Hold an accredited recognized primary medical qualification (MBBS/ MBBCh)

* Should have an active Registration with the General Medical Council, American Board, or licensing agency in their Native Country as a Specialist or Consultant
