Job Summary:
To assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans for the company’s products in order to meet the established brand objectives within the relevant channels and geographical territories and in accordance with the company’s objectives, in addition, Constant communication with customers, promoting the company’s products to customers in the sales area, and constantly searching for new customers.
Assist in developing brand plans in order to provide a consistent and disciplined approach to implementation
Assist in building brand equity by providing the needed support in developing brand communication that effectively reflects the brand objectives
Maintain records of sales volume, revenues and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product needs to be improved
Support the Brand Manager in dealing with all relevant stakeholders starting from opportunity identification until finalization
Assist in marketing activities related to the brand and follow-up on leads, introduction of the brand, negotiation, and deal closure for the brands’ products
Conduct marketing studies, research, and analyses to identify customer profiles, demand patterns, capitalize on market opportunities, and minimize effects of competitive activities
Provide support to sales executives regarding technical training on brands’ products and selling techniques
Monitor the sales performance and market share of competitors and follow-up on marketing campaigns and events for analysis and evaluation to ensure the achievement of set goals
Assist in data collection and analysis concerning customer satisfaction levels, sales rates, market share and other data regarding the concerned brand
Manage and take responsibility for tracking the actual spending against the brand’s advertising and promotion budget
Design and evaluate media campaigns to ensure they are effective and achieve their set objectives
المهارات
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Stationary / Toys / Consumer Goods
Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Demonstrated project and product management expertise
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
Ability to work independently and demonstrate solid leadership qualities
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Ensure the adequacy of the tools, materials and supplies related to sales
