الوصف الوظيفي Performs his/her duties and tasks as per Hospital Policy and Agreement on Professional Code of Conduct. Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department and the hospital as per the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan. Actively participates in the education requirement for the department and the hospital as per the Hospital Education Program. Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the scope of practice and employment contract Operates and maintains to the design parameters; boiler feed water, chilled water, soft water, heating water and cooling tower. Mixing and administering chemicals to dosing systems as per water analyst’s recommendation. Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts registering various aspects of boiler operation to ensure that boilers are operating properly. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instruments readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and request maintenance work Switch from automatic to manual controls and isolate equipment mechanically and electrically to allow for safe inspection and repair work. Clean and lubricate boilers and auxiliary equipment and make minor adjustments as needed, using hand tools.
