الوصف الوظيفي -Develop technical proficiency with all aspects of the operation, maintenance, support, trouble-shooting, and repair for all equipment in order to back up the technicians. -Assist with the operation of simulators in training sessions. -Maintenance and operation of part-task trainers, mannequin-based simulators, and surgical simulators along with associated supplies and equipment. -Contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of training materials and scenarios. -Set up simulation supplies and equipment to meet training objectives. -Operate simulation equipment, task trainers, computerized simulators and virtual reality procedural trainers. -Operate an audio-video recording system. -Operate simulation equipment with the ability to manipulate physiologic data, follow medical aspects of scenarios, interpret participant’s responses and make appropriate adjustments based on participant’s actions. -Conduct a scenario pre-brief and assist the instructor with after action report (debrief) if needed. -Assess the suitability of simulation scenarios already developed and make recommendations in order to adopt or adapt them as appropriate. -Coordinate and provide student logistics, and administration support needs. -Exercises judgment to identify, determine the nature and potential sources of problems and selects appropriate course of action in response to problems and ACSC needs. -Duties may vary and are subject to change based on specific site requirements, training platform, and equipment. المهارات - Certified instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). -Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). - Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. - Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. - Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work with all levels of ACSC staff and college faculty. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions - Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) - General knowledge of simulation education. - Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment. - Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
