Responsible for the potential business development with existing affiliates and for the new Businesses & Industry proposals.
Respond to and resolve complaints and problems.
Responsible for the complete logistics operations in overall projects.
Responsible to make sure that Business is running smoothly with all stakeholders, authorities, and with mutual Business partners
Handling & Transporting huge Inbound & Outbound traffic across projects.
Reviewing Annual Supplier’s contracts for any change or amendment to optimize the operation/efficiency and controlling the cost factor.
Responsible for the Purchasing/Procurement activities i.e. reviewing existing & new supplier’s quotations & approval, Negotiation with suppliers locally & internationally etc.
Responsible for onsite logistics, Reverse logistics, Packaging and warehousing operation at major affiliates & plants to make sure deadlines and set targets are being met to catch every single Vessel for time bounded shipments.
Making sure that ERP system is updated & Live 24/7 for every single transaction in Transport & terminal operations.
Responsible for the Budgeting & P&L;. (Initiated P&L;Project wise for better financial visibility & clarity).
Responsible for the Required Manpower and resources arrangement at different projects at multiple sites.
