To manage the Demand Planning and S&OP;processes for the effective delivery of business objectives against budget and service levels.

Client Details

Our client is a global multinational within the FMCG industry looking to expand its presence in the Saudi Arabia.

Description
Mapping, planning and executing the S&OP;processes for the Kingdom.Analyse channels, baselines, promotion plans and SKU mix to encourage efficiency.Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and forecasting.Act as a liaison between the supply chain, sales and customer services team.Set, maintain, analyse and report KPIs for the team - this includes person development and operations KPIs sch s as stock cover, delivery lead times and so on.

Profile

The successful candidate would have minimum 6 years of experience leading a Demand Planning and S&OP;function for an FMCG brand.

An ideal candidate would have strong people management and communications skills with a passion to learn and grow.
