الوصف الوظيفي · Arrange Induction program, employee’s Uniform and ID Cards delivery. · Coordinate with the Housing & Transportation Management Function to provide the required accommodation and transportation services and meet employees’ requirements. · Maintain relationships with utility services companies and follow up on payments for utility bills. · Coordinate interviews and recruitment documentation. · Coordinate Leave schedules and ensure that employees go leave on time. · Listen to employees’ concerns and requests. · Receive shipments and materials; supervise sub-contracted resources. · Prepare the internal (local) expenses report. · Coordinate hotel and car reservation activities for the project’s employees and official visitors. · Recommend petty cash and local expenses payments. · Coordinate all admin-related consumable procurement activities; evaluates vendors/ suppliers. · Coordinate mail, messenger and driver services. · Prepare periodic reports with respect to the section’s activities and achievements. المهارات · Good Organizational Skills · Good Interpersonal Skills · Good Communication Skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/hr-administrator-4403750/ |
