Landscape Supervisor must have excellent attention to detail
Be communicative and provide daily updates to the Golf & Property Landscape condition
The Landscape Supervisor will set the standard and must be competent in every role of the daily operations of the golf course maintenance department
Supervision and guidance of fellow colleagues
Quality control all works standards
Senior Crew Member
Leads by example
A positive team member and role model
Cleans and looks after his assigned equipment
Have a full and comprehensive understanding of all Plant Varies onsite
Moisture Monitor of all Landscape areas and report issues to Irrigation Foreman
Develop and control an onsite plant nursery
Follows and adheres to instructions
Supports and assists other members within the team
المهارات
The candidate must have a proven track record within the Golf Course Industry. A minimum 3 years in the same position and must have the following:
· Good all-around skills
Good command in English & Arabic (spoken and written)
Knowledge of plant varies and their required maintenance
· Sound knowledge of All operational equipment
· Knowledge of material safety data
· Knowledge in Fire, Life, Health & Safety System
· Team player
