Estimating project budget by analysis of resources cost to the BOQ items by internal meetings and workshops.
Estimating and generating S-Curve for the project.
Preparing and managing finance budget, economic budget and cash flow.
Preparing and issuing update monthly report/narrative of project over all.
Monitoring and controlling project cost using Earned Value Management (EVM).
Investigating the measures to detect variance of actual costs from budget cost.
Preparing and issuing monthly progress invoices and commercial related subjects.
Preparing and discussing monthly dashboard report –KPIs- include high level milestone status, covered all project sides assisting management to take a right action in right time.
Attending weekly meetings, discussing the project budget including mitigation and/or acceleration actions as needed.
Discussing and negotiating the cost impact for Vos.
Updating monthly/weekly project budget status with forecast cash flow.
Coordinating with financial department to release payment certificates.
Analyzing and studying projects status and provide a necessary corrective action, preventive action to keep project align with its budgeted costs.
Auditing and monitoring project petty cash.
Auditing site material requests as per its cost budgets.
Preparing monthly applications for payment, together with ascertaining value of
variations and other contractual entitlements to payment.
