Maintain professional composure at all times.
Provide an excellent example of customer service on all levels for the company.
Work in and maintain workflow in our operating systems.
Manage field resources, assign PM, and service/repair work based on skill set.
Manage & direct service technicians for effective dispatching.
Manage workflow of all service requests.
Track all work billable or not for the Technicians.
Review; revise the proposed invoices for service rendered.
Review all requests for personal time from Technicians and ensure they are on the schedule.

Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
Professional demeanor
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Position requires focus on specialized tasks, engaging in customer communications and sitting for extended periods of time
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask is a must
