Develop and manage prototype build engineering bill of materials.
Handle SSE support to develop prototype shop activities.
Create algorithms and models using performance data to determine potential system performance.
Establish methods to determine certainty and sensitivities’ statistical level.
Integrate with hardware OEM/ODM and chipset vendors.
Function as technical contact main point and drive technical issues to resolve.
Interact with chipset and device manufacturers to impact system designs.
Upgrade and integrate new field releases into third party systems interfacing within customer environment.
Support product development by defining, configuring and maintaining development environments.
Generate Engineering Problem Reports to document fabrication, installation and functionality issues.
Integrate and test systems.
Prepare test equipment and record test data
Install, maintain and upgrade to video on demand servers to support ARRIS Whole Home Solution DVRs.
Support system integrations at third party labs.
Develop and review C-MOD and kit installation instructions.
