الوصف الوظيفي
Perform, Validate and monitor all geological and geophysical (G&G;) studies and ensures that all assets related exploration and development program, schedules and safety standards requirements are met. Support, monitor, and coordinate G&G;logistic supporting works.

Interpret & evaluate detailed log correlation using sequence stratigraphic approach, geophysical, geochemical & petrophysical data, able to understand regional tectono-stratigraphic framework, generate depositional models & facies distribution, reservoir characterization; should be able to generate & integrate different seismic attributes & inversion study results to establish regional trends, bring out anisotropy of properties, carry out basin modelling studies, identify petroleum systems and generate new plays/prospects.

Capable to carry out petrophysical evaluation, integrate formation evaluation results with testing & core study results and capable to define reservoir & fluid parameters

Constructs geological reservoir models by integrating static and dynamic data and understanding of subsurface oil and gas reservoirs. Perform up scaling to the geo-cellular models. Validates the constructed static and dynamic models by history matching of historical well and reservoir performance, and performs tuning of the model by parameter adjustment.

Investigates various reservoir modeling methods and techniques. Integrates static and dynamic reservoir rock and fluid data into reservoir model for initialization. Studies and provides various development scenarios and operational conditions including enhanced recovery methods.

Monitor reservoir performance, property updates, drilling and workover operations, and perform related petroleum engineering and exploration analytics.

Participate in the planning and execution of Seismic surveys and manages & oversees G&G;characterization activities ensuring accurate and timely acquiring, processing & interpretation of data for building a new geological model while updating the existing model.

المهارات
Minimum 15 years of experience in upstream oil sector organization with extensive knowledge in geological and petrophysical interpretation, reservoir characterization & geomodelling. Should be capable in integrating static and dynamic data into reservoir models, worked in integrated reservoir modeling teams for subsurface modeling.
Proficient in Geomodeling tools such as Petrel, Gocad, T-Navigator.
Proficient in Decisionspace, uncertainty modeling tools such as Enable, MEPO and DMS
Excellent reading, writing & speaking skills in English.
