Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the co-ordination and utilization of all workshop’s staff in order to maximize efficiency and reduce waste making sure that reliable and efficient customers’ service are in place.
Monitors the performance of his staffs to make sure that daily, monthly targets are being achieved and identifies are of improvement.
Responsible for resolving customers’ concerns such as poor repair quality, delay, price related issues and coordinates with customer facing staffs for obtaining the highest customers satisfaction.
Responsible for GM recall campaigns completion and the implementation of CSI, FIRFT programs and all other GM objectives especially parameters related to service performance.
Monitors work distribution among the teams on the basis of promised date, priority and work load in order to improve proper work flow, productivity and customers satisfaction.
Submits Bi-yearly staffs’ evaluation concerning staff performance in order to improve the output of those low performers.
Responsible for keeping his area, equipped with the proper equipment, hand, and special tools, by maintaining an effective visual inspection and suggests reasonable repair or replacement for defective items.
Ensures that the company’s policies and procedures are enforced by monitoring all related rules, and taking the proper action according to the private sector labor law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Co-ordinates with his direct superior the training needs for his staff according to annual training plan.
Reads and communicate all GM technical bulletins and service information’s to all shop foreman, team leaders and technicians to make sure that all bulleting are followed and implemented accordingly.
Co-ordinates with Regional Service Manager and training department head the training needs for his staff, and arranges their transportation and all related training logistics to the required destination as necessary.
Authorizes all warranty job cards and internal expense, company vehicles parts requisitions, in order to minimize the cost and to eliminate any possible waste by wrong diagnosis or miss judgment of the technician.
Responsible to monitor housekeeping and safety regulations in order to maintain the proper CI in all workshops in his area.
Responsible to monitor and implement processes to achieve all departmental KPIs.
Responsible to implement GM warranty policies & procedures and makes sure that all related staffs are adhering to those guidelines.
Responsible to monitor work in progress on daily bases to avoid over age repair orders.
Responsible for department’s courtesy vehicles by means of administration, servicing, repairing and customer follow up.
Contacts rent a car agencies, for necessary alternative transportation.
